Eating out with a difference

Clear dishes and smiling faces say it all.

Club members with their spouses and partners had just enjoyed a splendid dinner, prepared by trainee chefs at Oaklands College’s Stables Restaurant in St Albans.

The menu included duck liver parfait, seafood gratine, risotto of leek, pea and mozzarella and crème brulee.

The restaurant visit is just one example of the club’s long time support for youth activities of all kinds.
