For many years, our club has been twinned with the Rotary Club in Alzey, a German town in the Rheinhessen wine growing region. This reflects the Alzey town twinning.

The inter-club exchanges have led to long term friendships and a greater understanding of the issues faced by our two clubs and our two communities generally.

When we host the incoming club, we take advantage of our proximity to London and the many more local attractions to provide interesting and stimulating visits, giving us the opportunity to demonstrate our culture and heritage.

The Alzey club takes a similar approach so that everybody, even those who have twinned with them for some years, truly gain from their visit.
